Those 2 floors cover 784 square feet. There is also a partially-finished basement with a half bath and separate laundry area with a washer and a dryer. There’s central air conditioning.
It’s a friendly and quiet, one-way dead-end street, with one lane of street parking, close to many center city amenities and restaurants – 15 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square! Monthly rent is $2,400 + $50 water fee for the first person, and an additional $15/month per person after that. All other utilities are the tenant’s responsibility. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $50 per month per pet.
